Installation procedure:

Update:
Mount the downloaded image
Rewrite the Install OS X Mavericks.app to the applications folder and run the installer (double click on the file "Install OS X Mavericks.app")

Installing on a separate partition on the hard drive:

To install OS X 10.11.6 we need to partition the drive the computer into multiple partitions. To do this, go into disk utility, select hard drive,
then the tab "Partition", and add a new one by clicking on the plus. Call it like El Capitan. 
We recommend that you allocate under El Capitan at least 12 GB or better 15 GB.

Mount the image and move the setup application in the directory "Program" and it immediately launched.

A menu will appear that will prompt you to choose which hard drive partition to install OS X 10.11.6 click on El Capitan,
and then the installation will run automatically. Upon completion of the installation the system reboots and starts up with the help of El Capitan.

* How to switch between two installed on the computer operating systems? It is enough to restart the Mac before
booting the system hold the Option (alt), after which you will be able to choose their old system.

Anyone have a newer version of Office 2016 VL - anything to reinstall is not necessary - this distribution for 
those who may be set for the first time.

Installation
Mount image, run the installer and follow the instructions. (requires administrator rights)

Note:
Don't miss the selection of components (programs) to install

Office is installed on the default operating system language (interface language selection is missing as a point in principle)
After installation, you can remove unused apps
After installation you can update via avtoapdeyt to the current status
The distribution of the original image assembled by Microsoft (the update came 15.23 14 Jun 2016)
Microsoft_Office_2016_VL_Serializer.pkg for those who have problems with the licensing program
